What to include
Include your app version, device model, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, private recipe content, payment information, or sensitive personal information. Sporkd does not offer in-app chat or automatically attach diagnostics to support email.
Response expectation
We aim to respond within two business days. Complex investigations may take longer, and we will keep you updated by email.
